The Annual Dinner
Absence, so they say, makes the heart grow fonder – and after two years in which dinner suits and evening gowns seemed like relics of a bygone era, on Saturday, 20th November, it will once again be time to dust them off (maybe a little more thoroughly than in previous years…). Yes, our Annual Dinner at Anglo-German Club returns! Please contact us by e-mail if you would like to attend.

Freshers‘ Event

This year, too, we will be providing an opportunity for those headed to Oxford and Cambridge from northern Germany to get to know each other prior to leaving. If at all possible, we will be holding an in-person event in Hamburg on the evening Friday, 10th September. Please save the date – and contact us – to be kept imformed.

Februar 2021

Online talk
We will be beginning the year with what promises to be a fascinating lecture by Charlie Schoonman, a geophysicist at the Alfred Wegener Institute in Bremerhaven. As for previous talks, please sign up using the events app; access codes will be sent out in the days immediately preceding the event.
